Youth For Christ/USA: Founded in 1944 by Billy Graham and a group of business men, YFC set the mission of communicating the life changing message of Jesus Christ to every young person, giving them and opportunity to make an informed decisions to become a follower of Jesus Christ and to become a part of a local church. Youth For Christ has over 200 chapters in the United States and is represented in over 100 countries.
Grand Forks Area Youth For Christ was founded in 1992 by a group of parents and local community members. Grand Forks YFC continues to be supported by community donations, parents and churches. Through mentoring, small group meetings and large group events we work to build healthy, meaningful relationships, acknowledging that each student is an individual with unique gifts, needs, hurts and hopes. YFC combines healthy relationships and creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life and positively impact their families, schools and community.
